A liitle more motivated today, probably from reading Jeffs race report.  Tried to pick it up and run under 7:30 pace, though I have no proof other than it seemed faster than normal.  I need a higher gear.

Out at noon for a good run on another nice day.   Since discovering (actually I knew) that I have pathetic speed capability, I am trying to add some short speed runs (fartleks?) to my normal run.  I am probably not going any faster, but try to look like I am.  Temp - 64, no wind
