Treadmill day. Grrr.  The forecast claimed it would be blowing 35 MPH+  with snow, so I did not bring any outside gear.  As I should have expected, it was a nice sunny day.   Ran 4.5 in the morning at 7.5 pace and 3.1 at noon at an average 6:50 pace.

That's a screaming 5k run. Keep that up. Impressive 2-a-days. You might inspire me to try it...probably not, but you might. It is a good way to get in the mileage. I will do it before my full marathon in the fall.

Do you have a long run planned for the weekend?

Thanks, this marathon plan along with severe cabin fever are giving me extra motivation. I hope it can last until Ogden. I want to do a slow 10 mile run this weekend, maybe Saturday. If you are around and want to go, give me a call.

What time will you be running on Saturday? If you are going "slow", I might be able to keep up. Where are you going to run?

I was hoping to run the path on Sunnyside and combine it with Community Park to get the miles -mainly just for a change of scenery. However, if it is too slick or snowy the greenbelt will hopefully be better by then. I am open to any non-slip suggestions that you might have. How about 8:30 - 9:00AM?

Hey, I had already left work and didn't get this message. I ended up doing a 5 mile run on the treadmill. We should hook up on your next long Saturday run.
