Took a nice slow run down Sunnyside road.  Started at the intersection of Ammon/Sunnyside and struggled with traffic and snow until Hitt road (plow your sidewalks Ammon!).  After Hitt road, the city of Idaho Falls does a fine job of clearing the path.  Ran the path all the way to Professional drive (near Yellowstone hwy), made a half mile loop around the Corporate Express warehouse and back.  The run was comfortable and felt that I could go further.  The next long run will have to be a faster pace.  Temp = 17,  no wind and a new skiff of snow on the path.  Still looking for the sun!

Nice job on the run! Now you are talking...and getting ready for Ogden marathon is happening. Keep it up and way to get out on the weekend (no wife around to give you honey-do's!).

Nice run my man. I should have been out there with you....especially at a "slower pace". I hit the treadmill for an easy 5. Next time you want to run long and easy, let me know.
