Ran the river to Pancheri at noon.  It is a nasty day outside with very gusty wind, clouds,  and about 39 degrees.  I really got to enjoy the full effect of the wind since my running pants and sunglasses were left at home.  I need to take a long run this weekend and, if the forecasts hold (always accurate around here!), we should have some nice running weather.  Average pace - 7:42
