Nice 7 mile run around the river at noon.  Ran the first four with jtshad, then took a bathroom break while Jeff went on.  Temp -56 and breezy

Yeah - for a minute I was worried he might wait for me! Just kidding Jeff. Actually, I need more jtshad runs. When I go alone the tendency to poke along (although enjoyable) is overpowering. I need to be like you guys and get serious about another race to get the motivation up. But-I'm struggling for excuses here- my yard needs work and the car is broke and, oh yeah, hunting season is coming.
