Made the greenbelt loop to Pancheri. Ran 1 mile with Jeff (jtshad)and Jeff (Clydesdale Running), then another 4 with Jeff and the last mile without a Jeff. Great day and Jeff(s) are always good company.
You get what you get and you don't throw a fit....as my kids would say. It was a good run, up until that mile 5 marker...I'll get healed up and stay with you the full 6 next time....hate for you to be without a Jeff.
