I missed running yesterday because we were getting set to go camping.  Slow run along the shore of Hebgen lake.  I tried to make some noise as a guy was recently mauled by a grizzly near here.   The elevation here is about 2000 ft higher than home and I could feel it.  I came down with an intestinal bug later in the day that prevented me from running the rest of the weekend.  This was not what I needed a week before the marathon.

Forced rest is sometimes a good thing. I'm sure you will be fine. Hope you are feeling better. Don't try to make up the mileage missed over the weekend. You are ready, just stay healthy.

Thanks for the good advice. I am starting to feel better, but not quite there yet. I am going out for a run today at noon. Hopefully there will not be any pit stops!
