Greenbelt run with Bill H on a cool day with an annoying north wind.  Bill was in shorts and a t-shirt but did not appear to be affected the wind.   I used to be like that but am getting wimpier in my old age....

Nice run. It's okay to want to dress warm in the cold weather, because it provides more energy to the muscle versus when their cold, and gets the blood flowing in the muscle faster. Pocatello was the same way today, but we had a little rain and snow last night making it slick.

Thanks. Good point about the cold weather effects on muscle. Maybe age is causing me to run a little smarter. We have not had ice yet, but the studded shoes will be coming out soon!

I think that's what's causing me to run smarter at 37 year's old. I'm with you I don't like the cold, and you never know if you get injured at least you would be warm wherever you had to walk to fine help. I would want to be warm if I had to limp home.

I think the worst for us in the winter (IF) included is the wind.
