6 miles at noon with jtshad and Pat.  Great day with light winds and 66 F.  Pace - about 7:30

7:30 pace?? When I passed you guys it looked like you were doing closer to 10:00 pace. I think those two were slowing you down :).

Nice run today, thanks for the company. Since the GPS wasn't working, we need to claim a 6:30 pace instead and call it easy!

Thank you! I believe it was closer to 6:30 pace - maybe faster.

Realistically, the only way my old bones can go more than a few feet at 6:30 pace is in something with a motor.
