3 miles on the TM before work and outside for 5 more at noon.  Nice day today with about 30 degrees and light winds.  The path is beginning to melt, but is still mostly covered with snow and ice.  TM mile 1 - 7:30, 2 - 7:18, 3 - 6:58.  Outside pace was about 8:00.

Good runs. Outside was nice today. The screw shoes helped a bunch. Maria is wanting to try them. Can I give you some $ and use more for Maria?

Charge him big bucks to make sure Maria feels obligated to get out there!

Please use them up. I have enough half used boxes of screws in the garage to build a factory. It's time to get Maria in training for the 1/2 marathon. No charge, but we need to see her out running!

Much appreciated. I will get them in her shoes today and she has agreed to go out on the greenbelt tomorrow. I will run with her.
