Running was good today.  Temperature was 26 with no wind.  It has not snowed for the last 2 days and there are a few hopeful  patches of asphalt peeking up through the snowpacked green (white)belt path.  Total time = 50 minutes.  Since slow and fast miles are not much different for me - I only seem to have one speed - I will differentiate at 7.5 minute miles.  I tried to pick it up a little when traction was available and did well for short spurts.  Hopefully we will get sunshine and many miles later in the week!

Do you run on the greenbelt most days?

From Dan S on Mon, Jan 14, 2008 at 17:34:10

Yes, the greenbelt is very convenient to my work. I try to run daily at noon, although work frequently gets in the way. It is a decent run in tha winter as the city does a good job of plowing it, although it has been hard for them to keep up with this winter.
