Ran a progressive 4 on the TM in the morning.  1.5 at 7:30, 1.5 at 7:13, and 1 at 6:58.

5 miles on the greenbelt at noon.    The temperature was about 31 with moderate breezes.  Ran at a decent pace, but I am still waiting for my watch to rise from the snow in our backyard (Coco the dog will probably spot it first and eat it), so my time is unknown.

I guess my runs would be "digressive" runs. I start faster and slow down each mile. Good splits man. Looks like we might have some decent conditions for an outside run at lunch.

Way to get it done. How did your watch get under the snow in the yard?

We recently replaced some furniture and, after moving the big stuff through our back yard, my watch disappeared. The snow we crossed was about 3 feet deep. It is now down a little, but still no watch. Fortunately, it is a reliable Timex. So if the dog, who seems to eat anything left in the yard, dines on it, I am sure she will return it in working order.
