I was late to the gym this morning and only had time for 3.6 miles, but at least I went.  Since there are no street lights where I live. it needs to get light just a little earlier and I can run outside from home.  I will not miss the treadmill!

Ran 6.1 miles outside an noon on a nice, but windy day.  I am feeling more human now and ran at a better pace.  The overall run was at a 7:22 and the last 2.5 miles were at a 7:07 pace.

Nice run this afternoon. Pace is looking good. I'm in the market for a new left leg if you hear of any. I'm taking today off. My knee flared up again after my run yesterday. My left leg now has issues with the hamstring, knee, and calf....glad the achilles pain has gone away. I will plan on an easy run tomorrow and then a long run in Sun Valley. Weather will be bad there, but, hey, I'm used to bad weather.

Thanks, hopefully we can both be healthy for Ogden. Sorry to hear the leg is still acting up. Maybe we could clone jtshad's iron legs and both be fast. Say hey to the beautiful people in Sun Valley for me! That should be a great place to run if the snow is gone.

I think that part of my problem is that I'm still packing around 230 lbs on these runs...sure feels better than the 272 I had last February, but it is still a lot of abuse on my legs. Another 10 lbs may be the answer.

Temp in Sun Valley is supposed to be 39 on Thursday with 30% chance of rain. If the wind will stay away, I think I should be able to get in a good run. We'll see.
