Easy morning run from home.  Not very nice out.  Wet roads from last nights rain and cool with a good breeze. Ran to the hill above Cotton rd. and back.  The GPS batteries died but I guess about an 8:10 pace.

 

Noon.  At jtshads suggestion, I ran 3 fast loops around Freeman park for a last tempo run.  I guess the pace to be about 7:00.  Temp - 43 with light winds .
