Today I did and out and back, went easy to see how the leg would handle the run. It was a little stiff at the begining, but seemed to loosen up as I got into the run. I can't believe how much I have lost the last three weeks. My training has been very spotty as to the injury. I will put together a full week of training this next week and see how things progress. My goal is the following week to resume my regular training schedule. SGM is comomg very fast, were did the summer go? |
