Short-Term Running Goals:

Short term running goal is to increase my four days a week of running to five to six days a week.  Do more speed work this coming year. Bring my times down. I would like to do SGM in 4 hrs or less.

Keep up with my Brother Clay in a marathon, someday do a sub four hour marathon, and BQ.

Nice long run today, with perfect running conditions weather wise. It warmed up quick once the sun broke over the mountain. I went out over Harry's Hill, came out onto Canal Rd. by the Stk Cntr. Then over past little bros house, from ther back to GU Corner, a Golf Course loop back to Gu Corner. Then down to the Bishop Storehouse, turn around back to Gu Corner, then Home. Mile 20 on I still had good legs I think I have found a good training plan for me and will follow it through out the Summer Marathon training. I feel I am ready for Ogden on may 15th Keep my fingers crossed. Have a great weekend all.
