I think the air might of been a little better today, besides I could'nt stand it any longer I need to go for a ouside run. I did the the golf course loop again today and the temp was real comfy. I ran in shorts, and a long sleeve top with a vest, perfect running conditions temp wise anyway. I did see the elk again just west of the golf course, looked like they have moved in for a while. Finished todays workout with 25 min of core training, and 200 crunches. No injuries at this point I hope that the injury bug will stay away. I have a 10k coming up in march, so we want to stay injury free. |
