When I awoke this morn my leg was really sore around the calf and it was very uncomfortable to walk on. By the time I got off work it was feeling much better and started to loosen up. So I decided to try a run but my calf was not ready still hurt to push off so I opted to go for a 45 min bike ride. Got to try and keep the cardio up some how. I have a Doc's Appt. on Friday morn to have it looked at. I finished today's workout with 25 min on Bpwflex upper body and 200 crunches.
