My training is pittafull, Whack legs again today, no energy just having a hard time going. My calf is still givining me troubles, it may be a lottle bit better not mucn though. If things don't start to turn around next week and see some improvement may have to take more time off. I just can't aford to do that at this point.
I did 25 min on the bowflex with some upper body work and some crunches. Has anybody seen my legs, I think they have taken a vacation. |
