OUCH, OUCH, OUCH, OUCH, it was a very painful run today after sat 10 mile race. Needless to say I took it very easy and even walked down one hill. My quads are still very stingy. It was alot warmer for a change no wind or rain just a very pleasant run. I did do 25 min of Bowflex on my uppper body and finished with 200 crunches. |
