Today I did the golf course loop, seem to have a slight injury inside left leg muscle above the knee. I was able to run ok just a bit sore and stiff afterwards. Needless tosay I did use the ice today after the work out. I will have to keep an eye on it and hope it wont hinder my running the marathon in a few weeks. Just bad timing again I guess. I spent 25 min on the bowflex working on my upper body and did some crunches. |
