| | Went for a pretty nice run with some of the people from the XC team. Then we played a game, did some core excersices and the some more running. I loved seeing some of those people again. We went kinda slow for most of it, except the beast (where we sprinted) and the game. | Add Comment |
| | Did a small warm up. Then did a really fast 6.2 mile run, which I am now questioning the distance due to have faster the time was then I thought. Then did a nice and slow mile cool down. It felt good to finally due a good run for the first time in a week. My calf felt great. | Add Comment |

first dam run (3.1 Miles) 00:16:28, Place overall: 2, Place in age division: 2 | | Ran the first dam run. Deicided to run the 5k to get ready for the foot locker. I think I put too much clothing on, and that kinda slowed me down. At first I didn't know we were starting, so also my start was pretty slow. Jerrel was just faster than me the whole race, with his pace. | Add Comment |
| | Ran a nice warm up. Then went and ran a 5 mile tempo run. I was hoping to get an average of 5:30 miles, but the average was just a bit over. It was faster than I was thinking to go at first, but then I just felt good. Had a nice cool down after. | Add Comment |
| | I'm not sure about the distance. I went running with the team, and the coaches gave me a schedule to start training for the footlocker. We went on a trail run in the canyon, which was amazing. I had to leave early, sadly. | Add Comment |
| | The schedule my coaches gave me told me to do a long run. I was planning on just running to Aggie Creamery and having my dad pick me up. I got there 45 minutes early, so I ran to my dad's work, which was only 2 miles or 2.5 away. I felt great. | Add Comment |
| | Did a warm up with a bunch of warm clothes on. Took a bunch off after my mile and a half warm up. Then I did a fartlked workout that my coaches which was a 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 seconds of sprints with the same amount of break in between. Did it twice with a four minute break in between them. Felt like I pushed it pretty good. Did a 1.5 mile cool down. | Add Comment |
