Today's run was good. I was feeling some good energy today, most likely for taking it easy the past two days. I warmed up the first 1.5 miles at slightly faster than an 8:00 pace. Then ran the rest of the run at a 7:30 pace and felt pretty good. I also set the treadmill to do a Random Hill workout. My body is feeling pretty good, should hit about 40 miles this week. |
