It was nice and rainy here this morning, so I didn't run into work but ran on the treadmill during our PT time for 7 miles. I did it in about 7:30 pace.

Later in the afternoon I finished with 2.5 miles in about the same pace. I think I am starting to get some little injury just above my right ankle. Some type of inflamation bugs me when I step. It seems to go away once I warm up, but I will ice it and keep some ACE Bandage on it.

Your running is incredible lately. Take care of that ankle.

Colby - Do some backward planning (I know you know what that is). Figure you want to run four or five twenty milers before your marathon in March. Also figure ten to fourteen days between 20 milers with the last one being about two weeks before your marathon. That should enable you to figure out when to run your first one.

I think you should probably run a couple in the 15-17 mile range before your first 20.
