A good run today. I wasn't able to turn the fan on myself so I was sweating up a storm! Because of that, and the fact I was on the dang metric treadmill my heart rate was up quite a bit. The average for my 5k was 165BPM. At about the 5k point, I decided I would try and figure out what my Max HR is. So, as best you can on a treadmill, I pushed the speed to about what I thought I could handle without falling off and kept that speed for 1 minute, then I cooled back down for a couple of minutes (probably too long) and then sped back up for another minute. Looking at my watch afterwords it said 187 as my max. Anyway, I don't think 1 minute was enough, and I think I rested a bit too long. Also looking at my watch for my 5k time, I just noticed that my MHR shows 190 BPM. All that work and I still wasn't able to figure out what I wanted to...
