This morning's run felt great. I started off slower and worked my way into a faster run. I seem to naturally do this on almost all my runs. I am not sure if it is a good thing or not since I don't think there is anyway I could hit my first while within 45 seconds of my last...I guess not everyone has fast-twitch muscles.
