Morning run with the guys from my house. Usual loop. No watch but pace was a little faster than the last two weeks... but not much. Two weeks ago I was tapering and Logan and Dave had just ran their 50 miler. Then last week I was 2 days post marathon. So naturally we'd go a little faster today without any issues. But like I said- not much faster. Since my marathon in Modesto my right ankle feels like I rolled it. But I have no recollection of any incident. It's super stiff everyday just walking around the house. Once out running it warms up but sometimes like today it hurts most of the run. Pretty sore for sure. 

5.6 miles mid-morning. After my run Mik'L went out for her run. I came home and mixed up a protein shake and took a hot bath. Soaked in the tub for about 20 min's then got dressed again in some fresh running cloths and as soon as Mik'L got home I went back out. Felt dead. Ankle really hurt too. Kind of got that running dizzy feeling about 3 miles into it. Just plugged along but it wasn't pretty. Glad to be done for the day.
