Hips hurt just laying in bed most of the night... both HIPS. They hurt and are tight. I'm trying all my tricks to help loosen them up but nothing seems to be helping. Todays run was the worst I've had in a long long time. :(

Clyde, I am sorry to hear of your hip pain brotha. Your in my thoughts and prayers for sure. I know how important it is for you to get out and enjoy the drug of running. Take a look online of the McKenzie Method. These extension and flex stretches have helped my hip deraingment become whole again to where now I feel confident I can train like I want again. I think you may need to shut it down for a week or two like me. It sucks, but long term it's the smart thing to do.

Clyde your hip hasn't hurt just since Phoenix - you've been mentioning it since you hurt your ankle 2 years ago. Don't end up with a prosthetic joint!

I know Jake.... it's just a drug I can't give up:) But maybe a prosthetic joint wouldn't have any pain...? You could be on to something there.
