DC loop extended through B-hills. Such a nice morning out. 60 F. Calm and clear. I love these types of morings in September. Shirt off and a little chill on the chest. Still feeling like I'm pulling a plow behind me. Just no power or git up and go. Tried to run some 6:20's for about 5 miles just to get out of the super slow rutt. Ended with a 6:44 avg.

145.5 lbs after. Weight is up and down every day. I'm about to chuck the scale out the window and stop stressing about it.

30.5 mile ride at 20.3 mph avg. Decided to get on the bike and see if it would help loosen up/ unjam my legs. Didn't push it hard but kept it honest the entire time. It was 90 F but really felt good out. Enjoyed it. Feilds/Airport/Sunriver/back around LV.

4.4 mile run. Got off the bike and headed out for a short run around LV. Legs didn't turn over coming off the bike. But I didn't expect them too. By the time I finished I was really sweaty and hot.

144.5 lbs after- Hydrated well on the bike and before heading on the run.

If you weigh yourself before you run every day, it will be more consistent.

Or just quit doing it and worrying yourself all the dang time!

Dude, you're stress'n a little much. You've been pushing hard all summer and have put in a lot of good work. You can't be "on" all the time. Things will come around. You're going to have a good race. Focus on have'n fun!

BTW, saw that you and Holt on the 10 year club list. It's my 10-year too. You guys planning on attending the banquet?

Jake- I know. I just like to see the lowest possible number. Even though it's not really real. It's the wrestler in me.

Logan- your back hair is that heavy.

Justin- I know man. Thanks. yes I'm planning on going. You?

Then use a different unit - like kilograms or stones. Guaranteed lower number!
