DC loop. I wanted to get out a little harder... work out all the ish from the stomach and kind of wake up the legs. So after a 7:36 first miles I dropped the pace the rest of the run and ended with a 6:27 avg. Nothing too hard. Just a honest push to help me get into the running mind set my brain needs for the week. Felt pretty good overall. 60F out when I left the house at 7:00 a.m. Looks like it'll warm up by the weekend...
