Down River Road to the inner trail then down to the bottom and through B-hills back around the park and home. Same loop as last Saturday but in reverse. Legs felt pretty good and other than the normal "Monday" stuff I felt ready to go. Still want to keep this week and maybe next semi EZ and low in miles. I just need a "reset" before jumping back into some kind of training routine. Unless something else jumps up out of the blue I'll most likely plan on doing the STG half in January as my next big race. I'd like to really be able to focus on some faster stuff between now and then and see if I can put together a solid semi fast half. |
