EZ 10k this morning around the Stone Cliff/ Summit loop. Nice and cool at 55 F this morning. The low so far this fall. However it was really humid and I was dripping when I got home and it was only 66 F then. I do love this time of year!

9.8 miles tonight at club with Stephen. Just laxi taxi at a 7:12 avg for the run. Almost dark by the time we finished.

Yeah temps have been awesome. Some of the best for this time of year I've seen since moving here almost 10 years ago. But It thinks it's going to get hot again... Guess we'll see.
