20 mile morning club run. We did the same run as last week...Not ideal, but this worked better for everyone. To start with when I got to the running store to meet the guys I realized that I had left my Garmin home so...

I didn't know for sure where I was the whole run. From what I can gather today should have been just about as fast as last week or at least within two min's. We started out a lot faster for the first 6-7 miles than last week. Steve and Dustin were running with me at that point and from what they said our splits were faster. Then I started to ease into marathon pace just like last week between miles 8-10. For the final 10 miles I know I wasn't as fast as last week (5:20) pace but felt like I was much faster than 5:40 pace. I pushed against a headwind most of the run and by then end it started to become very frustrating.

Today would have been a bad day to have the STGM. PR's would have been hard to come by with the wind. So everyone pray it's not windy in three weeks. I was totally ready to be done at the end and unlike last week and couldn't have kept the pace much longer.

Glad that I got a good workout in but it hurt today, and I'm ready for a day off.

Good Job pushing through the wind, I hate that. I don't know how you do it mile after mile! Enjoy the rest of your weekend, I hope that includes some serious laying around and doing nothing!

That's what it includes and nothing more- Finally!

Hope you hip pain starts to go away. Good job getting out this morning and running with McCall.

I will be certainly be praying that the weather is good in three weeks. Good run today - you're going to do great in 3 weeks - you are ready for this.

I am coming down for the 5K next week since everyone in my family is running it. Do you and some of the guys want to go run part of the marathon course again afterwards? I know that you have done it a couple weeks in a row but I could use the work on it.

Logan I'll be in Moab this weekend. But I'm sure the other guys will be down. I think Steve is planning on running the Swiss Days things so you can just hook up with him there.

Good job on pacing Jon. I'm pumped for you to run STG. Your going to do great.
