12.2 mile morning run. Overpass out and backer. Another cool morning. The Circle of Trust had planned to do a mile repeat workout this morning, but Logan called last night and we decided to do it on Thursday instead. That ended up being like Christmas in September to me. There would have been no way under the sun or stars that I could have did a big workout today. Hopefully a day will bring some fresher legs.

(Landreth- 401.2)

7.8 mile run today at noon. I wanted to switch it up and get off my regular routes so I ran from home down to our new office. It ended up being right at the 7.8 miles that I still needed today. I didn't push it but kind of wanted to get out a this little rut. So I went at a brisk but easy pace (6:55 for the run). It seems like every time I run it's a easy recovery or warmup or basically hard and fast. There is never a nice inbetween paced run. This afternoons run felt pretty good. So we'll see how tomorrow morning goes.

Nice run. Goldilocks and the 3 Bears. We might have to work on it! @ 5 am every thing is foggy including the brain! That time of 2:49 would be awesome! are you running the race this weekened?

Just a suggestion. Only do one run today to keep the legs fresh tomorrow.

I don't know you Superfly but holy crapola you are awesome. Amazing miles. I think I may have actually met you at the Wasatch Back this year (if you were there). I ran on Marcie J's team. Anyway, great work.

After this circle of trust stuff, the marathon will be a cake walk. Your not feeling Goldilocks & the 3 Bears? Come on, Bull has been working on that for a month.

Kory- I ran before I read your post. I actually though about it. I even though about skipping running altogether today... but I just went out anyways.

Michelle- Thanks for the post! I guess I could have met you at WBR this year... I'm not sure though.

Mike- I know Bull can do better.
