9.2 miles this morning on the Washington exit loop. Felt pretty good- I don't like running in the dark. I almost rolled my ankle on some stuff I couldn’t see. It felt good this morning, I think like 73 degrees. The weather although hot has been very nice lately compared to a few weeks ago.

9.2 miles this evening. I feel like I'm running really well right now. I haven't felt this good since June. The first four miles were up in the reserve then I dropped down into Green Springs area and headed back to Middleton. I got into a nice groove and hit what felt like very easy 6:30 min/mile pace the last five miles or so. The rhythm feels very good-hopefully I'll hang on to it for the rest of the year.

Glad to hear you are running so well, keep up the hard work and here's hoping that you can keep healthy throughout the rest of the year. Sounds like you will be in top shape for SGM. Look forward to seeing you again and hopefully we can hook up before or after the race. I have a couple of friends also coming down from IF area and Boise to run...we should try to organize a "pre" or "post" run bash for all you Utah runners and us Idaho guys.

Thanks Jeff. We will have to try and get everyone together around the marathon. A post race get-to-gether would be great if everyone is going to be sticking around after. We'll have to play it by ear and see what we can come up with. Hope your training is going good. Your going to love the STGM. The course is great. I just ran the middle 20 miles last Saturday and it got me pumped for the race. What an awsome place for a marathon!

Looking good so far this week. I think our little Threshold on Thursday helped get those legs moving for you. Nice job.
