DC loop extended on inner trail and Secret st. Had just a little rain last night at about 9:30p.m. I was hoping it would cool things off. But was sad to see 79 F at 5 a.m. However there was a breezy and it didn't feel too bad out. Fetl much more comfy than Thursday. Pace was EZ. Stomach is up and down so much. Anywho got it in. TGIF
