Sore. I didn't want to get too sore on Saturdays run down the course.... Backfire. The legs were super sore on Sunday. Even my calves which typically don't hurt running the STG course. Quads were sore to the touch too. So this mornings run was in question to start with. Took it super EZ but tried to keep the form straight and square. Was surprised to see that I ran the loop in a 7:05 avg. It felt at least a min per mile slower. Guessing the first couple runs or days this week will be semi recovery. |
