DC then Stone Cliff back up to River Road and home. 7:15 avg. I wore the gps today to see just how slow the pace was. I don't care but needed a visual to clarify. Not as slow as if feels like I'm going right now. I think I'm still a couple weeks out from really feeling like rolling again.

More work today on the driveway. Cut the lines in the second side. Lots of landscape projects around the whole area. And spent some time working on the rubble and ditch project. That one will take a while but a little work a day will start to show some progress. Felt dehydrated and kind of sick just after noon. Came in and showered off me and Myler then we both had a solid hour nap.

4.9 out and around Silkwood this afternoon. It was sunny and very hot. I hated it.

You should definitely put Duluth on your radar for next year... Allegiant flies there pretty cheap which I think you can take out of Vegas. Its really a cool race and the whole town just supports it 110% which makes it a lot of fun.

yeah we looked at that flight this year. the only problem was that it only leaves Vegas on Friday and comes home on Monday... only option. The Monday things is perfect but I'm not big on travel the day before a goal race. So if we went out most likely we'd do a different airline.

BTW we love Allegiant!

I wish they flew into SLC. It almost makes me mad that they don't! :-) They fly from that random airport in Phoenix that my parents live near - I told them they need to start taking advantage of it b/c Allegiant goes to a lot of cool places up north.
