Big boys run @ my house. Logan got here a little earlier and we did like 1.4 then joined Steven and Billy boy for the regular loop. Then after I re looped the park solo for a little more. Had a good run with the guys. The downers were: It was about 12-14 degrees hotter today than it was yesterday morning. We also ran along side a cute little kitty cat... then as we got parallel too it the poor thing darted in front of a car and got smashed right by us... then another car smashed it again. Pretty sad and I'm not even a cat guy. I usually drag road kill cats out of the street but today I couldn't even look back. On a positive note after feeling totally trashed yesterday and last night I woke today to feel pretty good. The run wasn't bad at all and hip held up pretty good. Plus we got to watch Billy put out the vibe on a few female runners that passed by.
