6.5 mile easy Monday morning run.

8 mile run this evening

Did a nice run this evening. Wind was blowing a little, but it was a good thing. It felt a lot cooler than the last few days. Everything was clicking. Just one of those runs where you wish it was race day. I guess my legs and body are starting to feel ready to play hard again. Couple more weeks until Teton Dam Marathon.

Hey Clyde, Thanks again for pulling & pushing me through the run on Sat. I was really surprised when I woke-up on Sun. and I wasn't sore. I'm think drinking the protein shake right after the run made quite a bit of a difference with my recovery.

Looking forward to 400's tomorrow!

Hi! I hope the dogs are okay. My mom went to check on them I think and she might have even taken them home. Hope you had a good day! See you tomorrow night. La

Clyde,

Hey, I am probably coming down to St. George for a couple of days the first week of June(2-6). I would love to hook up for a couple of morning runs if we can work it out. I'll be in touch.

I look forward to running with you in Rexburg. Right now I am feeling pretty good after Ogden, so I am nearly positive that I will run Teton Dam. Good luck in your training.

Not going on some 20 milers won't hurt my feelings! I know it is the week before your next marathon, and will only be two weeks from my last one, so some easy 7 milers would be just fine.

Clyde, I have been watching your blogs for the last couple of weeks, along with Mik'Ls and decided to give it a try, maybe it will encourage me to be more comitted to work a little harder and get a little faster. I sent an e-mail a while back to mik'L but maybe she did't know who it was from. Well thanks for the inspiration, next time you guys are in town give us a call. Are you guys coming this way for Memorial? (Wayne Co.?) Maybe Mik'L would like to go for a run with me, we'll be over Sat. sometime.
