12.3 miles this morning on the standard loop. Not as glamorous as last night but not too bad either. The pizza, chip, salsa, and guacamole that I ate last night watching the NCAA championship game didn't sit as good as I though it would. Oh well you win some you lose some.

8 miles this evening. I tried some different legs of the GS loop but it still ended up being 8 miles. In fact from my driveway back to my driveway it was 8.0- I was thinking it would have been a little longer. Only 3 miles of it was on paved roads the rest was out on the sandy trails.

Good solid mileage again. Thanks for all the encouragement. You're a stronger man than I; I wasn't able to make it through the whole game - I had to go to sleep. I wish I would have seen that ending though... and with Memphis loosing!

hey Memphis gave the game away! Clyde you are so amazing! I have no idea where you get your juice from. But send some this way!

Clyde, what carbo-loading mix/drink do you use? Where do get it?

From Dustin on Tue, Apr 08, 2008 at 15:58:50

That was a really exciting game last night.

Dave- I sent you a private message about my secret drink.

That was an amazing game. Both teams refused to give up. Kansas finished for once. They have choked on me so many times.
