Same GS loop extended around Middleton... it's working for me right now. I felt a lot better than yesterday and had minimal pain in the hammy. I just took it easy and enjoyed the beautiful morning. As I was making my way up the trial I could see a coyote weaving through the bushes about 50 yards in front of me. The neat part was that he hadn't noticed me yet. I had the wind at my face (plus I don't eat that much garlic) so he couldn't smell me. After I got even with him he saw me and look mad I'd caught him off guard but he keep his nose down and didn't leave his morning hunt. I tried to keep everything square and ran within my means to prevent anything from hurting later today. All I want to do is hold 5:20 pace for a half or even just go out for an easy 25-30 mile run. But I think those things will have to wait... however the second one might come faster than the first.
