Big Workout at the DC. Meet up with a good group of local yocals. The workout was to do 6x 4 min's @ LT pace with a 2 min recovery. So we did around a 5 mile warm up around the trail and through B-hills then started the sets from the freeway down into Bloomington. Dave and I hit all our sets at around a 5:15 avg and Logan and Aaron were a little faster than us. I didn't keep the splits separate but rather just let the garmin run continuous the entire run. A pretty solid workout from start to finish and then a longish cool down back. 6:51 avg for the entire run.
