3.5 miles this morning on the treadmill. I'm home again sick. It was too cold to consider a run outside with the sickness so I hit the treadmill for a short little shake out. I'm feeling about the same as yesterday but feel like recovery is close at hand. If things go well I'll try a run this afternoon outside...

Well kind of a disappointing day or now week. This was suppose to be a 100+ mile week for me because I don't have much going on with wrestling but I'm pretty sick and running just isn't going to happen until I feel better. So for now I'm going to stop stressing on getting miles in and try to get healthy so I can run later this week and next. You just never know...

Clyde, I think the stressing drags things out sometimes. You are smart to get yourself healthy, much better in the long run. Get better and come run with the club this week.

I think you can afford to take it easy and rest a few days. Hope you get to feeling better soon.

Clyde - don't worry about it too much - you'll get better quick. Good job getting a few miles in. It's going to be nice to have you out on runs again in the next couple weeks.

Thanks guys. I'm excited about running with the club this Saturday. I think I'll be up for anything other than I have to be done by around 9:30 a.m because my wife's sister is getting married that morning.

Don't stress Clyde, your body will not lose anything. Now the rest of us mortals would have something to worry about!!!
