Ugh! This was a hard one. Every step. I about started walking before I hit a mile as I got over to the park my hip was hurting so bad. Just tight, painful and seems to be like a lead weight. I kept on around the park and decided to try the B-hills loop. It never felt better or loosened up but I think I just got a little numb to the pain by mile 3. I don't care if it hurts I'm running on it every day this week. |
