Normal old B-hills loop. It was chilly at around 20 F. I shouldn't complain because it's way worse in other parts of the world or even state. I was bundled up with lots of layers so I really didn't get too cold. The layers however made it harder to run. 

5.2 miles on the treadmill this evening. The wind was just howling out and I didn't want to mess with it. I had decided the outside temp wasn't too bad but the wind was. Anyways I was LOL while running because I was watching Tropical Thunder on FX. There was some pretty funny parts.

Try -1 here in good old Utah County! When its 20 up here its like summer anymore, one layer with tights , hat and gloves and im ready to go! Needless to say I stayed in bed this morning, maybe I'll get her done later today when its in the teens;) Nice job getting out Clyde.
