7.2 miles this morning. Took it nice and easy and really felt good. I had a lot of extra "build up" in the system from all the Super Bowl junk I ate yesterday but that made it's way through. The hamstring felt really good all day yesterday and maybe only a 2 out of 10 for pain this morning. I'm going to start hitting doubles again this week so I guess here we go...

We had a little planning session on Saturday night where we talked about the Squaw Peak 50 miler. For the next 16 weeks that's the goal.

7.2 miles this afternoon. The same loop as this morning. I did the inner GS loop counter clockwise both times. So I had to deal with the long sandy hill. It was good though cuz it helped me keep the pace slow and just try to work on smooth form. Now for some good stretching and a ball workout.
