| | Am- quick 4 miles before we left on our trip Pm- was planning on getting 6, but only got 4 because apparently the gym closes at ten. So I got 3 on the treadmill and only 1 outside because either side of our hotel is an onramp to a highway | | Add Comment |

| | Am- great run in the redwood forest, there were elk-a-plenty and it wad pretty cool, did two hard miles on the beach at about 7:10 pace in the middle of the run. | | Add Comment |
