Got up this morning and did 2x4 miles with .5 jog in between...picked a different course than I usually do.. 1st set splits were 6:22,5:55,6:15,6:25 (did an extra .25 at 1:30) (*6:14 ap) (first 2 downhill, last two mostly flat) 2nd set splits were 6:27,6:22,6:22,6:04 (6:19 ap) (first mile flat/very slightuphill, last 3 at track) Felt relaxed and stong on this workout...Really tried concentrating on my cadence/stride and focused on getting in the zone... Felt really great today and I am getting excited/nervous for UVM..My Goal is to run sub 2:55... |
