Did an 8 mile long run outside. I ran up to pinon then down Butler to the track, at the track I ran around 3 miles then ran up hill the last two miles back home. This was a good workout and I felt pretty good about what I was able to accomplish once I got into my tempo pace. Here are my splits for all 8 miles 7:58, 7:00, 6:49, 7:01, 6:55, 6:53, 8:06 (uphill mile), 7:47 (uphill). average overall pace was 7:19.
